ocean breeze

yay! finally tomorrow at 3 am im leaving for munair?
well its a beach resort
were going to be staying in a hotel with a ocean view with breakfast and dinner
and supposely we are suppose to be going sand boarding!
i hope its like snowboarding but on sand :]
im going to be there til thrusday, so three days away from the city
(im so not a big city girl)

then when i get back i have three days to pack up and finish buying some gifts
and by then it should be monday and i get on plane... your sunday
then ill be home hopefully all goes well and i dont get stuck in the typoon
where im suppose to stop in tiwan, then come to cali!

i pray that i dont have to stay longer and that i have a job when i get home
but its all God's will and plan.

im alive

i havent been around internet for idk how long.
but last i was sick....

any ways. i did end up going to a surprise day beach trip
where there were actually some really small waves
i got to take a boat trolly up the river to the ocean

but the next day i once again had a fever and stayed home

then later that week went shopping for people back home
ive decided i dont like to shop any more... it takes up to much time
but i got to ride on scooters!

then this weekend, yesterday and today was my uncles wedding
crazy... 5 am ceremony cuz they country side doesnt allow weddings in the day
and then 10 am reception, where my uncles got drunk very early in the day
later that day, it was the lunar festival where kids go out side with lanterns
celebrating the full moon! but where i was mostly the kids made paper boats and put candles
in the center and let them float down the river! there were so many kids making boats and sending
them down the river, that there were traffic jams all over the streets where ppl stopped to watch.

that night i stayed in a hotel with my uncles and got a room to myself!
kinda lonely but fun
and then more wedding stuff all day
like a offering the get the bride home
another reception
and more drinking.....

i come home in a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

spa?

today my aunt linh took me to a full spa day!
it was so relaxing and interesting trying to speak to the people working.
i feel like im being treated like a little princess here, everyone keeps on doing things for me
and buying me things i dont need... i guess this is a vacation.
even if i cant speak the lanuage!!!

any ways im not so sick today, i still have a headache though
but i think i was getting sick from scootering in the rain to much... i cant help it when it rains!
God makes it rain randomly here... kinda like hawaii.

on another note, i come home in two weeks... if you havent heard already.
plus it doesnt look like ill be going to the beach again, because there is a lot of wedding stuff to be done here
and after the wedding, its packing up and a few more small adventures and then i come home.

oh and im not so as tan any more... its always cloudy here and i mostly go out at night.

sick!

ive been sick for the past two days
yesterday i had a fever. :[

ive decided being sick when your not home... it sucks!
i want to go home.
or who wants to take a flight out here and take care of me...


maybe ill feel better this week, cuz were going to the beach!
and maybe to a school, that teaches the poor!
and a wedding this weekend.
then one more week and ill be home!

rain!

thats my update!
its about the rain, i got to ride around town with my uncles and aunt.
we got poured on! as wet as i got, it had to be the funnest ride ever.
people dont even drive slower when it rains, its just crazier i think.
it only rained for about an hour, but it managed to mess up my hair... haha
not like im trying to impress anyone, least its still soft... with out conditioner.

anyways. its night time here, i manage to find a few more stars.
they really do exist here, just not like homes.

oh and i found a baby lizard in the upstairs bathroom...
im going to catch one of these guys before i leave because they are way to cute!
or ill just get a picture of one...

well tomorrow, i get to adventure with my uncles and aunt again
and at night with some friends?

chime?

i was told i was a chime last night... well thats what it was translated as.
he explained that im always smiling and that he thought that i was cute.
so although im in another country and can barely speak the language... i still manage crushes...
and to make a few friends, even when there cousin leaves they still want to hangout. :]

well i am smiling a lot, i even smile when i manage to knock over a drink on the table trying to have a pillow fight across the table in a cafe shop... haha. plus there are to many strange creatures crawling around and so much pretty things to look at here. i also think that there are many secret ninjas here.... haha. i make myself laugh and smile at the most random things.

i noticed too, they dont really get to see the stars here. i spoted the north star and that was it... its to cloudly! rarely clear but the rain is at least kinda fun to play in. even if i get yelled out to stay under where its covered.

i miss everyone back home!

turtle spider

i had a dream about a turtle spider, that i hit, but since it was a turtle it went back in it shell and was unharmed when i ran over him with my scooter... it was such a werid dream. i hope they dont really exist.

well the internet isnt working in my house, nor have i really been around.

ive been staying at my uncle vi's house and hanging around his restaurant and visiting family a lot, and seeing how close and not so close the family is. this side of the family is really caring, which i would have never known since i have not met them before this trip.

today i went to a textile place and picked out fabic for a cute custom outfit and went to visit more family. oh and i get a yellow traditional dress for free! i think my grandma knows just about everyone in this town or they know her! i guess she was a really big business person when she lived here and helped out alot of people.

i come home in less than 20 days!!!!
and i want a hug!!!! i miss hugs. they dont seem to hug around here. i dont get it. i need to fit that.
